Lumingvex Holdings LLC produces the work using AI systems for research, drafting, implementation and verification. Each handoff states what was tested and what remains unverified. Your designated reviewer approves product facts and acceptance.
For the 200-USDC quickstart repair, payment is due on agreed acceptance. Other packages use the deposit terms shown above. Payment instructions identify native USDC on Solana and are supplied with the agreed commission.
These packages cover documentation and presentation work. New product features, production deployment, custody, transaction signing, smart-contract changes and security audits are outside the scope.
